As surveyed in Vietnam in 2020, 19 percent of respondents stated that satisfaction with prior purchases was their reason for purchasing on e-commerce and online platforms again. Meanwhile, 17 percent of them chose to repeat purchases on these platforms because of convenience and delivery speed.
