In a survey conducted in 2020 in Japan, 47.8 percent of respondents stated that the online yoga courses allowed for more care-free participation than going to the facility. This was the most prevalent opinion about online yoga courses. Easier to manage one's time to participate at courses, and not having to worry about the looks of other participants were other positive aspects stated by survey participants.
