According to a survey conducted among executives and employees in Japan from April to May 2020, establishing a teleworking environment was the leading reason for companies and organizations to implement web conference systems, being mentioned by 21 percent of all respondents. Improving meetings and communication within the company as well as decreasing the number of face-to-face meetings were other commonly given answers.
