Beauty-related positive aspects of COVID-19 crisis in Japan 2020
In a survey conducted in August 2020 in Japan, 25.7 percent of respondents stated that being able to hide one's face by wearing a mask was a positive beauty-related aspect of the COVID-19 crisis. This was the leading positive aspect regarding beauty practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a gender gap of around 30 percent in this particular item of the survey.
