Perception of safety of Moderna COVID-19 vaccines in Europe in 2021

According to a survey conducted in 2021, 39 percent of respondents in Great Britain believed the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to be very safe, the highest share across selected countries in Europe. Furthermore, 33 percent of respondents in Spain considered the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to be very safe, while in France only nine percent of respondents considered the COVID-19 vaccine to be very safe. On the other hand, 16 percent of French people considered the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to be very unsafe, the highest share in Europe.
