Breakdown of the energy consumption of tertiary sector in France 2020
In France, heating systems accounted for almost half of the final energy consumption of the tertiary sector in 2020. The second source of energy consumption of this sector was electricity, at 27 percent. In the same year, the tertiary sector was the fourth French sector for energy consumption, at around 240 terawatt-hours.
