Opinion on digital transformation in companies in Poland 2021

In 2021, feedback on digital transformation was overwhelmingly positive in Poland. Both managers and employees agreed that digital transformation has made documents and processes more accessible. The most significant divergence of opinion between management and employees was observed regarding the way of working. Seventy-four percent of managers agreed with the statement that digital transformation is changing the way they work. However, this opinion was shared by 49 percent of employees.

Board members and people responsible for carrying out digital transformation in the organization/company and employees participated in the survey. The survey was conducted among medium and large companies in the following sectors: finance, banking, extractive industry, e-commerce, food companies, cosmetics, logistics, and Treasury Companies. The survey included 400 participants divided into managers and employees. The survey also included a nationwide opinion poll on the transformation and its consequences on a representative sample of Poles 15+, N=1000.
