Homeownership expectations of Millennials with children in the United States 2020

In a September 2020 survey among adults in the United States, 36 percent of millennials with children said that they were currently saving up to purchase a home. On the other hand, 40 percent of respondents said that while they expect to purchase a house in the future, they are currently not saving up to do so.

In the United States, the 2020 homeownership rate reached 65.8 percent.
