Homeownership expectations of Millennials in the United States in 2020, by ethnicity

In a September 2020 survey among adults in the United States, there were more people of color (POC)Millennials that were currently saving up to buy a house (37 percent) than that there were White Non-Hispanic Millennials (29 percent).

In the United States, the 2020 homeownership rate reached 65.8 percent.

This survey question had 368 White Non-Hispanic respondents, and 369 POC respondents.
