Difficulties encountered in professional life in G7 countries 2020
According to a recent survey, a considerable amount of respondents in the G7 countries faced several uncomfortable situations during the course of their professional life. Almost 40 percent of them, in fact, reported having felt a lack of capacity to take on a position of responsibility at least once in their life. The same was true for avoiding new professional responsibilities for fear of not having enough time to do everything. It is important to note that the percentage of women who confronted these issues was considerably higher than that of men.
