Uruguay: cannabis licenses 2023, by region
As of November 2023, the Uruguayan government had approved the operation of more than 325 cannabis clubs, out of which 121 were located in the capital and country's largest city, Montevideo. As of that same month, the South American country had issued three licenses for the cultivation of psychoactive cannabis for adults.
