Importance of sustainability when grocery shopping in Hungary 2020

As of 2020, Hungarians with a higher level of education found it more important to buy sustainable products than people with lower educational levels. Almost 20 percent of respondents with at least secondary level education chose products with environmentally friendly packaging, while this figure reached only seven percent in the case of Hungarians with a lower educational level.
