While fruits and vegetables are consumed on a weekly, or even daily basis, for a large majority of the French population, it seems interesting to observe the evolution of their selling price. Yet, as far as fruits and vegetables available in supermarkets are concerned, it appears that their average price has gradually increased between 2016 and 2021, the price per kilo going from 2.4 to 2.84 euros.
