More than one third of accelerator products of the GenerationS innovation development platform by the Russian Venture Company (RVC) were at the minimum viable product or at prototype stage in 2019. Approximately 22 percent of accelerators were in the pilot production stage.

In 2013 RVC organized the first tech startup accelerator under the GenerationS brand, which immediately received a widespread response from entrepreneurs. To date the project remains as the most successful nationwide, and made it in the top-5 of the best public business accelerators in the world.
