Municipalities and groups of municipalities invested, on average, the most per capita in cycling investments. In 2019, this amount represented almost ten euros per inhabitant. This figure is an average of the investments made by the 374 cities that responded to the questionnaires.
In the same year, the investment of the regions was less than one euro per inhabitant.

Methodology: The questionnaire consisted of over 100 questions on all topics related to community cycling policy.
