Globally, with 43 and 63 percent respectively, both product-focused and operations-focused outperformers stated that reducing employee pay/benefits was the hardest decision to make between Q2 and Q3 2020. This represents a way to deal with volatility during that time. Further, product-focused underperformers indicated abondonment of investments 150 percent more frequently than outperformers.
