According to a survey conducted from 24th to 26th March 2020, 19 percent of the Thai respondents stated that they still visited beauty and drugstores after the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic happened. The same survey also revealed that only five percent of the Thai respondents still visited lifestyle or health facilities after the pandemic happened in the country.

The survey was conducted in Bangkok and upcountry. 32 percent of respondents were male and 68% were female with education levels ranging from mid-school to doctorate degree.
