Online travel agency usage India 2023, by age group

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 54 percent of Indian respondents between 45 and 54 years had used an online travel agency. In the age group 16 to 24 years, only 32 percent of respondents had used an OTA and 23 percent had never heard of OTAs before.
Online travel agencies are online platforms like Agoda, Skyscanner, Booking.com, or TripAdvisor that offer a wide range of tourism services.
