* 2018 survey excluded answers from Ireland and Turkey. 2,500 respondents. Survey conducted between October and November of 2018.
** Countries included: Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, Austria, United Kingdom, Poland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Ireland and Turkey.
