During a March 2021 survey, 74 percent of surveyed adults in the United States, who said they were Democrats, said that they strongly supported the 1.9 trillion U.S. dollar COVID-19 economic relief package that was recently passed by Congress. Among the Republican respondents, around 39 percent said that they were strongly opposed to the relief package.
