Looking at the reasons for which French people used their phones while shopping in-store, most used them to compare prices between different shopping platforms. In this study conducted by Opinionway for Proximis French shoppers were asked from what mobile function they could benefit from. Thus, in 2021, most people were interested in mobile apps allowing them to use their in-store loyalty program.
