Incentives that could increase m-commerce according to French shoppers 2021

Looking at the reasons for which French people used their phones while shopping in-store, most used them to compare prices between different shopping platforms. In this study conducted by Opinionway for Proximis retailers incentives that could increase the mobile customer base were assessed. Thus, in 2021, about 59 percent of French shoppers were reluctant to be contacted by a store in proximity through geolocation services to be informed about promotions.
