San Antonio experienced the highest increase in hotel real estate investment in the United States in the four-quarter period, reaching close to one billion U.S. dollars, or about 135 percent increase over the same period in the previous year. Nevertheless, Greater New York received the largest investment volume, equaling 3.9 billion U.S. dollars between the fourth quarter of 2022 and the third quarter of 2023.
