The source adds the following information: "Consumers were asked to give their opinion only on the retailers they have visited in the last three years. They were asked to rate them on a scale of 0 to 10, based on three criteria:
- The level of attention provided to best meet their needs
- The level of expertise of the answer given
- The desire to recommend the brand in question to their entourage.
A final score out of 10 was thus established by summarizing the results obtained.
In total, out of 2,106 brands analyzed, only 392 were selected."
