The MRO segment of MTU has replaced the OEM commercial as the highest revenue generating segment starting from 2017. IN 2021, around 2.7 billion EUR was generated by this segment alone. MTU Aero Engines, formerly known as MTU München, is a German company which develops and provides service support for civil and military aircraft engines.
