Share of case clearance rate in subordinate court India 2022, by state
The Indian state of Gujarat had a case clearance rate of about 117 percent in the subordinate court in 2022. Whereas the state of Nagaland had only about 63 percent of clearance rate that year. Five states in the south Asian country had no women judges in their High Courts.
