According to a survey on consumer preferences in Singapore, approximately 47 percent of respondentsstated that they preferred to order and buy food from local F&B businesses. The same survey found that more than 52 percent would like to have more international flavors brought in to their products. The support for local businesses, including F&B, has risen due to the fact that many were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
