Experiences with CtoC transport sharing services in Japan 2020
As of September 2020, around 73 percent of survey respondents in Japan stated that, according to their experience, customer-to-customer transport sharing services were uncomplicated to use. Furthermore, 57 percent of respondents reported they would like to use C2C transportation sharing services again in the future.
