In August 2020, 29 percent of Russians that do not get an annual eye exam from an eye care professional do so because their vision has not changed, while a further 27 percent found it too difficult to schedule all of their doctors appointment. Furthermore, 23 percent of respondents said their eyes were not a health priority right now so they do not organize an annual eye exam.
