In August 2020, 41 percent of Germans surveyed mentioned that they were unwilling to organize an annual eye exam from an eye care professional because their vision has not changed, while a further 17 percent mentioned their eyes were not a health priority right now. Furthermore, 15 percent of the respondents were unable to get an annual eye exam as they found it too difficult to schedule all of their doctors appointment.
