Most common factors considered when purchasing a condominium unit in Japan 2021
In a survey conducted in 2021, 65.1 percent of the respondents in Japan considered the distance from the nearest station as an important aspect when purchasing a condominium unit. 63 percent of the respondents stated that the convenience of the living environment was an important factor to be considered.
