Most common duration before a trip to book travel services on OTAs Thailand 2023

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) in June 2023, 49 percent of Thai respondents stated that they booked travel services such as sightseeing tours, admission tickets, tour guides, restaurant bookings and more on online travel agencies several weeks before their trip. By comparison, eight percent of Thai respondents booked their travel services immediately before they needed them.
