Clinical studies in Mexico 2022, by status
As of July 2022, a total of 2,422 interventional studies had been completed in Mexico. Meanwhile, another 474 clinical trials were recruiting participants, and 308 studies were terminated in the North American country. The pharmaceutical industry's expenditure on research and development is expected to increase by 3.5 percent in 2022.
