With a market share of almost 30 percent, heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) between the ages of six and 13 years were the most common in the United Kingdom in 2019. They were followed by vehicles over thirteen years old, which represented some 17 percent of the licensed HGVs. Vehicles aged between three and four years were the least common ones.
