Reasons for not using online travel agencies for booking South Korea 2023, by gender

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2023, around 30.5 percent of male and 25 percent of female respondents stated that they did not use online travel agencies as they instead preferred traditional offline travel agencies. About one in five each reported having found better prices by booking directly via the official websites of travel-related services.
