Explosive attacks and remote violence recorded in Africa 2011-2023
In Africa, 47 new explosive attacks and remote violence events were recorded as of January 13, 2023. In the previous year, 1,976 cases of explosion and violence of this nature were registered in the continent. Within the period reviewed, the highest number of attacks of this nature was registered in 2020.
