Purpose of using an online travel agency South Korea 2023, by age

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2023, around 84.2 percent of respondents aged 45 to 54 years stated that they previously booked accommodations through online travel agencies. This was the most common reported use for such agencies across all age groups, followed by booking transportation. Respondents aged 34 years and younger were more likely to book other travel services, while older age groups tended towards booking package holidays.
