According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2023, around 64.5 percent of respondents aged 25 to 34 years stated that they had used an online travel agency before. The youngest age group of respondents showed the lowest awareness of online travel agencies. While the oldest age group had the highest awareness, this did not translate into usage, as they also demonstrated the lowest rate of experience.
