According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2023, around 56.5 percent of female and 48.2 percent of male respondents stated that they had used an online travel agency in the past. Roughly five percent had not heard of such agencies before. Slightly over five percent of male respondents reported not being aware of such agencies, while under five percent of female respondents gave the same response.
