Companies' digital maturity scale in Russia 2020

The largest share or respondents, or 20 percent of the polled audience, reported that their companies are in advanced stages of digital maturity, selecting thus eight points out of a maximum ten. By comparison, nearly ten percent of respondents stated their company was fully digitalized in 2020.

* The source stated that to complete the answers, employees of various functional positions within the companies were interviewed, as well as in-depth interviews with individual respondents, especially with top managers and managers were conducted.
Company representatives were selected from 27 industries countrywide, such as oil and gas, engineering, education, IT and banking.

The company's digital maturity was assessed on a 10-point scale. One standing for "we almost do not use digital technologies", while ten would mean "we are almost a completely digital company".
