According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in May 2023, the majority of both female and male respondents in India purchased products endorsed by YouTube influencers, with 70 percent of male respondents choosing such products. Meanwhile, Items endorsed by Instagram influencers were the next most purchased, while being more popular with female respondents.
