Amazon Business has further potential in the B2B sector. According to a survey from 2020, 40 percent of B2B buyers stated they intended to purchase on the marketplace in the future, while this percentage was even higher among Australian professionals responsible for purchases in their company. Using Amazon marketplaces as a sort of starting point for purchases was a common practice for 41 percent of U.S. buyers, while only 28 percent of the UK buyers reported to have done the same.
