In France, the attention of the insurance companies towards environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) is growing. The 17 main insurance groups that responded to the survey have a 100 percent commitment to exclusions and disinvestment policies and their interest in different aspects of ESG is increasing. More transparency towards climate issues is also considered very important by all the insurance companies, with a 65 percent commitment rate.
