Automotive dealer satisfaction index in Poland 2024, by brand

The dealer satisfaction assessment included three areas of evaluation of cooperation with an importer. The first was related to the importer's products and thus their quality, reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction. The second area concerned the importer's policy as a representative of a multinational corporation operating within international structures — including market strategy and business approach competitiveness. The last assessment focused on the head office as a company that operates in Polish reality employs specific people in specific positions and has its own organizational culture.

Selected aspects of dealer satisfaction were rated on a five-point scale, where “1” represented the lowest rating and “5” the highest.
