According to a survey on social media influencers conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2023, approximately 39 percent of Thai male respondents who have purchased an item or product endorsed by an influencer stated that they wanted to purchase such product anyway, regardless of who was promoting it. The same survey found that around 82 percent of the Thai respondents followed at least one influencer on social media.
