StreetScooter's specialization in the production of its StreetScooter Work electric light commercial vehicles model led to more than 13,000 vehicle registrations in Germany between 2015 and 2019. New registrations of the model peaked in 2018 at over 4,000 units. The peak was quickly followed by a year-on-year loss of close to a quarter in 2019.
