Shopping methods used for pet supplies during coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S. 2020
During 2020's COVID-19 pandemic, more than half of pet owners in the United States bought most of their pet supplies in physical stores. Specifically, an estimated six in ten people with pets bought food and treats in-store. Pet vitamins and supplements were most frequently purchased through online means: roughly 40 percent of U.S. consumers in need of animal vitamins and supplements bought such goods online through a retailer.
