More than half of German fleet managers surveyed stated range limitations as their main reason to decide against the purchase of battery-electric light commercial vehicles. The high unit purchasing price and limited availability once purchased due to charging needs were both reasons tied for second place. By contrast, the reliability of battery-electric light commercial vehicles was not a concern, according to respondents.
