The global major home appliances market has seen a transition towards online e-commerce channels for selling appliances. From 2017 to 2019, e-commerce's share of retail volume grew from 16.5 percent to 19.1 percent in just two years. While the offline channels such as electronics, appliance, and home specialist retailers have seen a slight decline in this two year time period.
