According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 69 percent of respondents from Taiwan stated that they have used an online travel agency. The most popular online travel agencies in Taiwan were Agoda, Booking.com, and EZ Travel.
